Hammocks and swings

You may laugh at the fact that we only have one hammock (in several colours). But no matter how many kinds we've tried, we keep coming back to this one. It's big enough to fit several kids, several adults, or a good mix of both. It's stiff enough that it's nice and easy to lie in - and that may sound odd - but in our experience, it means the world, when it comes to actually using a hammock. Get some rope and some carabiners and you can clip it on and off in your outdoor space and have a hammock that will last for 100 years. Ours has only gotten a bit faded by the sun. We use it all summer long - and practically fight over it. Even now. All the other small, cheaper, softer hammocks.... are beautiful and just fine. You just don't lie in them the same way - or have communities the same way.
