We have on our Adiso Advisory Board amazing Dr. Gayle Souter-Brown, who researches how we all benefit from being in outdoor spaces with flowers that engage the senses. Her research shows that we become better conversationalists and gain a clearer sense of purpose and meaning by spending at least half an hour a week in such outdoor spaces.
